Service Agreement

This is a service agreement for the use of SpendAble’s budgeting, support worker and participant safety app. You are deciding to sign this agreement to authorise SpendAble to claim from your NDIS plan for the yearly subscription fee to use the chosen subscription of the SpendAble platform.

There is no out-of pocket fees to a participant of the NDIS that uses SpendAble as low-cost assistive technology.

Cost

SpendAble agrees to provide 12 months access to the SpendAble platform to the participant. No GST applies to the price of the subscription.

SpendAble will seek payment for their provision of Services after the Participant/Participant’s Representative confirms satisfactory delivery. Such confirmation cannot be unreasonably withheld.

SpendAble will claim the funds from core-consumable with the line item:

Ending this Agreement

Should either Party wish to end this Agreement they must give 1-month notice.
